The graduating senior recently attended the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) Annual Meeting, the largest and most prestigious international conference in the fields of exercise science and sports medicine.

The graduating senior was recognized for his senior thesis, "The Great Bronze Age Reset: A New Narrative of Collapse in the Late Bronze Age."

Stonehill College is pleased to recognize the students named to the Spring 2026 Dean's List. To qualify for this honor, undergraduate students must have achieved a semester grade point average of 3.50 or higher with a minimum of 12 credits from courses graded with standard letter grades.

Leadership experiences in sports and in his major helped finance major Thomas Forde secure an advisory associate position at KPMG, one of the Big Four accounting firms.

Student teams from 10 Mass Fintech Hub member institutions presented original financial technology concepts to a panel of expert judges and industry leaders during a competition held on Wednesday, April 29. Stonehill College's team earned second place overall.

For the second consecutive year, Stonehill College's Leo J. Meehan School of Business will send students to the National Football League's championship game. In addition to attending the event, students will also have opportunities to sharpen their business acumen while working at the NFL House, a premier VIP hospitality center.

Joining Associate Professor of History Todd Gernes and alumna Katheryn Stapel '24, they presented research during a panel entitled, "When the Personal is Political: Friendship, Affiliation, and Rivalry in 19th- and 20th-Century America."

The senior linebacker recognized with college football's highest community service honor.

Oliver Hobson '24 was named the recipient of the 2024 Peter R. D'Agostino Prize for Excellence in History. This honor is given annually to a history major determined by faculty to have written the best senior thesis. The award was established in in memory of a professor from Stonehill's history and religious studies departments who passed away in 2005.
